Gerardo Fernandez-Davila
Biography
Mr. Fernandez-Davila joined Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A. as an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office where he handles matters involving Construction Defect, Personal Injury and Premises Liability.
Prior to joining Zinober, Diana & Monteverde, P.A., Gerardo worked at insurance defense firms where he focused on Construction Defect matters and assisting Architects, General Contractors, and Subcontractors through all phases of litigation.
Gerardo received his law degree from Nova Southeaster University Shepard Broad School of Law. During his time in law school, Gerardo was the only member of his class to successfully complete the Dual Degree Program with the University of Barcelona Facultat de Dret and obtained his Concentration in International Legal Procedure upon graduating in 2013. Gerardo also served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing, and was a member of the Nova Law Review and Nova Trial Association.
On his free time, Gerardo enjoys traveling, surfing, and spending time with his family and dogs. He is fluent in Spanish and conversational in French.
